At S-Sport Racing we typically ship orders within one business day of you placing your paid order. For efficiency we use a combination of either Aramex Couriers or Australia post. The choice often comes down to your location and or the size and weight of your parcel. Both, of these organisations pick up from us on a daily basis and offer prompt delivery to you. After we process your order, if you did provide us with your email address you will typically get a tracking advice that will inform of your deliveries progress. Should you feel there is problem or delay please contact us so that we can take the appropriate action from our side.

If you ever receive a parcel from us and the outer packaging appears damaged in any way please take a moment to capture some images. If after you open your parcel and it is damaged again please be sure to take some images. Let us know about the problem with images and we get onto it as a priority.

We take a lot of pride in our packaging department but as humans we could occasionally make a mistake. So if you feel you received a wrong item please contact us immediately with as much information as you can supply.
